Trainee – Excel & Data Support

Key Responsibilities
Help collect, organize, and analyze data using MS Excel
Prepare reports and summaries that support business decisions
Create and maintain spreadsheets for different projects and tasks
Work closely with team members to ensure data is accurate and up to date
Identify basic trends and patterns in data and share observations with the team
Participate in team discussions and provide updates on assigned work
Ensure all data and reports follow accuracy and quality standards
Use Excel features to reduce manual work and improve efficiency
Assist in documenting data processes and workflows
Suggest ideas to improve existing data handling methods
Learn new tools and techniques as part of ongoing skill development
Coordinate with supervisors to understand project expectations and deliver results
Required Qualifications
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and charts
Strong attention to detail and interest in data analysis
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Clear communication skills and ability to work in a team
Positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
Preferred Certification
Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Associate
